A once-suburban area of Pretoria, Lynnwood Glen is rapidly evolving into the city's newest business hub — the place to be. With the surrounding neighborhoods earmarked for densification, we are proud to be at the forefront of this transformation through the development of one of the first apartment buildings in the area.
Our client acquired and consolidated two adjacent residential stands, entrusting us with the brief to create something distinctive and upmarket — a space where residents enjoy the luxury and convenience typically found in high-end hotels.
To support modern lifestyles, especially the growing trend of working from home, the development features a thoughtfully designed communal area that includes boardrooms and meeting cubicles of various sizes. A staffed laundromat ensures that residents need not worry about doing laundry themselves. For leisure and socializing, a clubhouse with a swimming pool and braai area brings a sense of community and relaxation.
