A Bushveld beauty. The client asked us to sculpt the footprint of this house to fit inbetween the natural rock formations and stunning trees on the site.
As construction ensued natural rock excavations proved to be a find to behold. The client (and us) fell in love with the stunning colours of the local stone; soon a client-architect synergy ensued to design floors and cladding  incorporating it and a novel aesthetic resulted.
